Who's the fool and who's the crook?  American Plumbing, LMP #556

This customer apparently wanted a cheap tankless water heater installation.  He got what he paid for.  Not only did the unlicensed wannabe plumber use incorrect vent pipe but, he voided the warranty in the process.  The customer was the fool and the unlicensed wannabe plumber is the crook.  Thanks Ronnie!
