There is a reason that automatic vents are illegal in Louisiana. THEY FAIL! This customer found out the hard way. None of her toilets would flush and we found the only vent that she had on her plumbing system was this automatic vent installed in her attic. After 3 years it failed, not allowing anything to flow. We had to install a legal vent going through her roof and venting into the atmosphere.
