We went to check out a busted water line in the slab and found the customer had a previously illegally rerouted water line. The so-called previous plumber illegally sleeved a 3/8" tubing through a 1/2" tubing reducing the water pressure to their kitchen sink faucet by 50%. The customer was not happy when we pointed out to them the reason! READ THE PROPOSAL!
