This customer made the mistake of calling someone else to check out their water heater in the attic before calling us. They said that he weighed over 300 lbs. and broke the attic ladder as soon as he stepped on it. Then he told the customer that they were liable. This customer's 1st choice was a poor choice and now it weighs heavy on them.
