This customer with 1 bathroom was having a continuous drainage issue that could not be unclogged.  Following my video inspection I found where the main drain line exits the slab from the bathroom and re-enters the slab at the kitchen.  Once we accessed the main drain between those 2 points, I found where someone illegally broke 2 holes in the main drain line and patched instead of installing a cleanout.
